Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Creative Director to remotely lead creative strategy and execution at a fast-growing B2B SaaS enterprise based in the United States. Founded in 2016 with over 400 employees, this role demands expertise in shaping and advancing a compelling creative vision that energizes the brand across every interaction point.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and steer the overall creative direction of the company to effectively embody the brand identity.
- Control the visual and experiential presentation of the company on all platforms and marketplaces.
- Develop and scale a modern creative framework that boosts brand recognition, user engagement, and demand generation.
- Lead and mentor a diverse creative team, balancing hands-on involvement with leadership duties.
- Collaborate closely with teams in brand strategy, content production, product marketing, demand generation, and product design.
- Transform overarching brand strategies and positioning into impactful creative outputs spanning campaigns, digital media, social platforms, websites, events, and live experiences.
- Drive the creation and progression of major campaigns along with continuous creative initiatives that enhance awareness, interaction, and sales pipeline development.
- Oversee creative review sessions, deliver constructive critiques, and align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Partner with external agencies, freelancers, and production vendors to broaden creative capabilities.
- Incorporate AI technologies and workflows to optimize speed, scalability, and output quality in creative processes.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in the B2B SaaS space or rapidly growing tech startups.
- Minimum of 5 years managing and expanding creative teams.
- Preferably experienced with lifestyle or self-care brands/business software.
- Strategic thinker capable of linking brand and creative decisions to tangible business results.
- Profound knowledge of visual storytelling, design systems, and brand development.
- Proven expertise in concept development for diverse formats and communication channels.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain creative concepts and rationale.
- Collaborative experience with brand, content, and product marketing groups.
- Experienced in working alongside external creative agencies and production service providers.
- Proficient with video, motion graphics, and other innovative media formats.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Unbounce, along with AI-powered creative solutions.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range from $175,000 to $200,000 annually.
