Crew Member - Lunch Shift

Role overview

Wendy’s is looking for a Crew Member for the lunch shift in Englewood, Colorado. This position is part of the restaurant team from day one and supports daily service, food preparation, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring a positive, team-oriented attitude and support both coworkers and customers.
• Be ready to learn and contribute to a positive workplace.
• Take action to correct issues when something is not right.
• Remain standing and moving for most or all of the shift.
• Operate common restaurant tools and equipment such as a headset, register, and grill.
• Follow brand standards and operating guidelines to prepare food, serve guests, and keep the restaurant clean and presentable.

Pay

The hourly pay range for this role is $15.00 to $18.00.
