CRM & Data Operations Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated CRM & Data Operations Executive based in Bhopal with over two years of relevant experience. The role involves effective management of the CRM system, facilitating lead assignments, tracking sales activities, and contributing to overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently administer and update the CRM platform to support sales functions.
• Allocate leads and assign daily tasks for the Sales Team and Telecallers to optimize productivity.
• Monitor lead progression and evaluate the performance metrics of the team regularly.
• Ensure the accuracy and currency of all customer information stored in the system.
• Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports applying advanced Excel functionalities.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to streamline business operations.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in CRM management and data operations.
• Proficiency in using CRM software is mandatory, with preference given to candidates experienced in Jango CRM.
• Strong capability with Advanced Excel tools including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and comprehensive MIS reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in managing leads, distributing assignments, and tracking sales-related data.
• Excellent communication abilities and coordination skills.
• Detail-focused, well-organized, and proactive work ethic.
• Possession of a personal laptop is compulsory.
