Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and motivated individual to help maintain a clean, safe environment across our production and office facilities. This weekend position, running Friday to Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, includes a 20% pay differential. Compensation ranges from $19 to $21 per hour, depending on experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain and restock restrooms, ensuring cleanliness standards.
• Clean various areas including offices, production spaces, and breakrooms.
• Handle disposal of waste and recycling materials.
• Clean windows and other glass surfaces.
• Vacuum and mop flooring surfaces consistently.
• Address and clear sanitary blockages promptly.
• Replace light bulbs and perform minor facility repairs.
• Ensure all company-used properties remain clean and safe for staff.
• Perform exterior maintenance tasks such as snow or grass removal from sidewalks, lawn care, and driveway upkeep.

Qualifications and Skills

• Equivalent to a High School Diploma or GED.
• Familiar with chemical products used in cleaning.
• Willingness to complete safety training including Safety Data Sheets, PPE usage, Bloodborne Pathogens, and Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Capability to multitask efficiently.
• High reliability and trustworthiness with confidential information.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Working Conditions

• Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and other potentially challenging conditions.
• Must be capable of lifting at least 30 pounds independently and up to 75 pounds with help.
• Adaptability to shifting work priorities.
• Local travel to various company locations may be required occasionally.
