Role Summary

The organization is looking to add a Customer Support Agent focused on collections. This position is based onsite and involves direct interaction with customers, handling inquiries, and following up on payments while delivering a professional service experience.

Key Duties

• Respond to customer questions and concerns in a timely and helpful manner.
• Oversee payment follow-ups and collections activities.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service in day-to-day interactions.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants should bring either strong technical ability or strong communication capability, depending on the demands of the role.
• The ideal person can work both on their own and as part of a team.
• A dependable, professional manner is expected.
• Prior relevant experience is preferred.
• Candidates must live around Labadi or nearby surroundings.

Compensation and Location

The salary range is GHC 1,800 to GHC 2,000 per month. The role is located at Ako Adjei La Road, Accra.
