Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and detail-focused Customs Operations Coordinator to join our Riyadh office. This role suits candidates with backgrounds in logistics and customs operations who excel in fast-moving environments and are dedicated to maintaining smooth and effective processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily customs and operational activities to guarantee uninterrupted workflow.
• Act as the liaison with customs authorities, customs brokers, Gateway (GTW) teams, operations, and other internal units.
• Monitor shipments and follow through on customs clearance and operational steps to ensure timely completion.
• Keep precise operational documentation and generate reports utilizing Microsoft Excel and internal platforms.
• Collaborate with other departments to promptly address operational challenges.
• Ensure adherence to company guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Maintain effective communication with both internal and external parties to uphold high service quality.
• Report operational exceptions and provide management with timely status updates.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts aimed at boosting operational effectiveness.
• Work shifts on a rotating basis, including weekends and public holidays, as demanded by business needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics, customs operations, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of IT and computer systems.
• Quick learner with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic operations setting.
