Required Expertise and Skills

Basic knowledge of Python programming.
Understanding of liquidity regulatory frameworks such as Basel III LCR and NSFR.
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools, including Excel, SQL, or Python.
Familiarity with financial systems and data flows related to liquidity reporting and calculations.
Documenting business processes and generating process flow diagrams using BPMN methodology.
Experience with project management approaches like Agile and Waterfall.
Between four to six years of relevant experience in data management and governance.
Background in consulting roles.
Strong client interaction capabilities and independent work ethic.
Knowledge of data concepts including ADS processes and ADS methodology.

Key Responsibilities

Comprehend data systems and the supporting IT technologies.
Identify and document critical controls across the data lifecycle.
Gather and document business and process requirements to aid project scoping and planning.
Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to understand data needs.
Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders who may not have technical backgrounds.
Facilitate workshops to identify process improvement opportunities and develop process mappings.
Apply knowledge of data controls and governance standards such as SOX and RCSA, particularly concerning Regulatory FCC and Sanctions processes.
Perform gap assessments comparing current business process states with desired targets aligned with regulatory policies.
Ensure that all processes comply with internal policies and external regulatory rules.
Track modifications to processes ensuring they remain consistent with evolving regulatory requirements.

Compensation

The position offers a base salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000 annually. Additional compensation in the form of bonuses, commissions, or incentives may be provided depending on role and applicable laws. Salary offers are based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and internal pay equity, and are subject to adjust according to applicable legislation.
