Role overview
The Data Analyst will partner closely with the VP of HSEQ to turn complicated operational, health, safety, environmental, and quality data into practical business insights. The position focuses on maintaining corporate KPIs, aligning information from several departments, and producing polished reports and executive presentations that help leadership make informed decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, check, standardize, and analyze HSEQ performance information coming from different departments.
- Spot patterns, irregularities, and areas where operations can be improved.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and data integrity across all reporting work.
- Create refined, executive-ready PowerPoint decks for the VP of HSEQ.
- Translate complex datasets into clear visuals such as charts, dashboards, and presentation slides.
- Draft reports and presentation packs for senior leadership meetings and stakeholder reviews.
Education
A bachelor's degree is required in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a similar field.
Experience
Applicants should have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, or Executive Assistant in a senior-support capacity. Experience in HSEQ, manufacturing, industrial, engineering, construction, or comparable sectors is considered an advantage. Prior work supporting executives with reporting and presentation preparation is strongly preferred.
