Role Overview

We are looking to recruit a meticulous and insightful Data Analyst who will be responsible for gathering, structuring, examining, and interpreting operational and business data. The purpose of this role is to convert data into valuable insights that aid strategic decision-making, enhance operational processes, and align with the company's broader goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, systematize, and sustain data from diverse internal and external sources.
• Analyze customer, operational, and business data to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Create precise reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership and relevant teams.
• Track and update on key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly to reflect business health.
• Work jointly with various departments to comprehend data requirements and back business efforts.
• Detect data discrepancies and ensure the integrity and accuracy of datasets.
• Utilize spreadsheet software, database tools, and visualization techniques to analyze and communicate insights.
• Effectively present analytic outcomes and advice to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Keep thorough records of data sources, methodologies, and reporting standards.
• Carry out additional data analysis and reporting duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, or relevant disciplines is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, or statistical tools is a plus.
• High attention to detail with a dedication to data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Capability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks within a remote working setup.
