Overview
A prominent independent media and marketing consultancy in Central London is seeking a Data Analyst to become part of their expanding analytics team. This is a permanent role requiring attendance at the office two days each week, with a salary of 50,000. The position is available immediately but can accommodate a start date up to three months later.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and enhance data dashboards and reporting tools.
- Analyze diverse datasets to provide clear and actionable insights.
- Support the evaluation and reporting of campaign performance.
- Design and improve reporting workflows to boost efficiency.
- Address ad hoc requests and business inquiries from stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough data validation and quality control checks.
- Use SQL to extract and manipulate data sets.
- Collaborate with strategy, planning, and client teams to aid decision-making processes.
- Deliver insight-driven recommendations to internal teams and external clients.
- Present analytical findings and performance updates to client audiences.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Between two to four years of experience in data analytics, media analytics, or insight-related roles.
- Proficiency with business intelligence and visualization platforms such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful and practical business insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and handling data requests.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to data integrity.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SQL is preferred.
- Background in agency, media, or marketing analytics is advantageous.
