About the Role

Stealth is seeking a curious and meticulous Data Analytics Intern to support our growing team. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with founding members, gaining practical experience in data interpretation, dashboard creation, and fostering data-driven business decisions in a high-impact startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, clean, and examine both structured and unstructured datasets.
Conduct exploratory data analyses to uncover trends and patterns.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to generate actionable business insights.
Write optimized SQL queries to extract and manipulate data effectively.
Contribute to defining key performance indicators and metrics to assess business outcomes.
Work in partnership with product, marketing, and business teams to drive alignment.
Communicate findings clearly and offer actionable recommendations.

Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data handling.
Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying.
Familiar with Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy or equivalent tools.
Understanding of data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with real-world datasets or analytics projects.
Familiarity with business metrics and tracking performance.
Exposure to A/B testing or statistical analysis methods.
Previous experience in start-up or fast-moving environments.

Additional Information

Location: Fully remote.
