Role Overview

This position is for a Data Analyst based in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India. The role focuses on monitoring applications and IT infrastructure, supporting batch automation, and working with .NET application architecture in a collaborative technical environment.

What You’ll Do

Build a working understanding of .NET application architecture and infrastructure monitoring, including virtualization fundamentals.
Use application performance monitoring solutions such as SCOM, Dynatrace, or similar tools in day-to-day work.
Serve as a bridge among technical teams, stakeholders, and infrastructure groups so issues can be resolved efficiently.
Contribute to cloud-related work, especially where Azure is involved.
Create and maintain SQL and PowerShell scripts for automation and data handling tasks.
Use Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook, for reporting, communication, and organizing work.
Monitor production environments and help manage SLA-related activities.
Adapt quickly to new technologies, processes, and concepts as the role evolves.
Be open to relocation and flexible working hours as business needs require.
Take ownership of tasks, think analytically, and actively identify and solve issues.
Work well independently while also contributing as a dependable team member.

Skills and Background

Hands-on exposure to application performance monitoring and IT infrastructure monitoring
Understanding of .NET application architecture
Strong SQL scripting ability
PowerShell scripting knowledge
Experience with SCOM, Dynatrace, or comparable monitoring platforms
Working knowledge of Azure and cloud concepts
Familiarity with AWS is an added advantage
Comfort using Excel and Outlook for operational work
Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Exposure

Experience with Dynatrace is specifically preferred and considered essential for the role.
