About the Role
Join Easygenerator, a rapidly expanding scale-up in the EdTech sector, as a Data Engineer. You will be instrumental in constructing the data platform that drives the future of learning and enables smarter decision-making across Product, Marketing, Revenue, and Business Intelligence. This is an opportunity to own a modern data platform and contribute to high-impact projects in analytics, AI, and business intelligence within an international team.
What You Will Be Doing
- Construct and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines and infrastructure utilizing Snowflake, AWS Glue, and contemporary ETL/ELT methodologies.
- Integrate diverse data sources from platforms including Salesforce, Mixpanel, Segment, Customer.io, Intercom, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop dependable data models, warehouses, and data lakes to facilitate comprehensive reporting and analytics.
- Implement best practices for data quality, monitoring, governance, and security.
- Build AI-driven self-service analytics capabilities to empower business users.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and BI teams to deliver effective data solutions.
- Optimize the data platform for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
What You Will Bring
- A minimum of 5 years of dedicated Data Engineering experience.
- Profound expertise in Snowflake, covering architecture, performance tuning, governance, and security.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Glue (PySpark), ETL/ELT pipelines, and workflow orchestration tools.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python programming.
- Demonstrated experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Amazon S3, and modern cloud data architectures.
- A solid grasp of data modeling, data warehousing, and analytics engineering principles.
- Experience integrating SaaS platforms and working with customer, product, marketing, or revenue data.
- Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and compliance standards like GDPR.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, a strong sense of ownership, and meticulous attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with Power BI, including data modeling and DAX.
- Exposure to Snowflake Cortex AI and AI-powered analytics solutions.
- Understanding of marketing attribution and revenue analytics.
- Experience with tools such as Streamlit, Mixpanel, or similar analytics platforms.
