Role Overview

As a member of the Trade Counter team at the Burleigh Junction branch, your responsibilities will be divided between delivering products, assisting customers such as plumbers and tradespeople, and performing essential tasks that ensure the smooth operation of both the warehouse and trade counter.

Daily Tasks

• Transporting parts and products to customers using a company vehicle.
• Engaging in picking, packing, and stock control duties.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety within the branch and warehouse areas.
• Offering knowledgeable customer service and product information.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service with a passion for assisting customers in-person and via phone.
• Ability to fulfill order picking, manage shop floor displays, and provide accurate product details.
• Comfortable with using computer systems and eager to learn new technologies.
• Holder of a clean and valid driver's licence, flexible to work various shifts including weekends.
• Motivated to grow professionally within the local team, broader network, or head office.
