Key Responsibilities

• Drive delivery vehicles safely, adhering strictly to traffic rules and company safety protocols.
• Utilize maps and GPS tools to efficiently follow assigned routes and deliver orders.
• Deliver orders to specified locations, including multi-level buildings or challenging terrains.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all deliveries and complete necessary paperwork.
• Assist inside the store by operating equipment as needed, stocking supplies, and preparing products following company guidelines.
• Answer and handle phone orders when required while maintaining cleanliness of work areas and equipment daily.
• Engage clearly and professionally with customers and team members through verbal and written communication.
• Process orders accurately both over the phone and in person, providing excellent customer service and managing any service issues effectively.
• Handle monetary transactions with precision, making accurate calculations and managing cash properly.
• Input orders using computers or touchscreen systems while keeping thorough delivery and transaction records.
