Role Overview

The Digital Content Designer will produce refined, performance-led creative assets for LTF and its clients. This position goes far beyond basic Canva work and calls for strong creative judgement, solid design principles, and advanced video editing capability.

You will work from raw footage, campaign briefs, and brand guidelines to create premium digital content that is clear, polished, and commercially effective. The role supports organic social, paid media, website content, landing pages, email marketing, pitch decks, client presentations, display advertising, and video production.

You will collaborate with Paid Media, SEO, CRO, Client Services, and Creative colleagues to ensure each asset serves a defined purpose, whether that is brand building, improving engagement, increasing click-through rates, or supporting conversion.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality digital designs for websites, landing pages, paid campaigns, organic social, email, display banners, and presentations.
  • Maintain strong standards in layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy, and overall brand alignment.
  • Produce visuals that feel premium, modern, and suitable for healthcare, aesthetics, dental, and pharmaceutical audiences.
  • Edit video content to a professional level using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or comparable tools.
  • Develop short-form video for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid social placements.
  • Create longer-form videos such as website explainers, treatment overviews, patient education pieces, clinician introductions, and campaign films.
  • Add captions, motion effects, transitions, music, colour grading, audio balancing, and branded graphic elements.
  • Produce animated text, logo motion, overlays, transitions, and other motion graphics that improve clarity and engagement.
  • Design email marketing creative, including newsletters, promotional layouts, and campaign emails that support readability and click-through performance.
  • Create website and landing page assets such as banners, homepage sections, campaign graphics, and treatment page visuals.
  • Design performance-focused assets for Meta Ads, Google Ads, display campaigns, and retargeting activity.
  • Build multiple creative versions for testing different hooks, formats, messages, and layouts.
  • Design polished pitch decks, review decks, strategy presentations, and internal documents.
  • Produce website video assets that improve engagement, conversion, and user experience.
  • Plan timelines, organise editing work, manage multiple briefs, and keep projects on schedule.
  • Maintain tidy file systems and well-organised digital asset libraries.
  • Support LTF’s own marketing efforts with creative for social, web, sales, and recruitment activity.
  • Work from client brand rules to ensure consistency across all deliverables.
  • Coordinate with Paid Media Managers, SEO, and CRO teams to make sure creative supports broader performance goals.
  • Stay up to date with developments in video editing, social creative, motion graphics, AI creative tools, and digital ad formats.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital design, content design, creative production, or a closely related role.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating both digital design and video editing work.
  • Advanced video editing ability with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
  • Strong design capability using Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience creating assets for social media, paid advertising, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Experience preparing presentation decks and client-facing documents.
  • Useful knowledge of Meta Ads creative best practices would be an advantage.
