Role Summary

We are seeking a mid-level Digital Designer to join our Melbourne office. This role is hands-on and creative, involving work across digital experiences including CRM communications, customer journeys, websites, and campaign assets. You will play a key role collaborating with creatives, strategists, developers, and project teams, helping transform ideas from concepts into final deliverables. The position suits someone who enjoys autonomy, teamwork, exploring emerging technologies, and is passionate about creating impactful digital designs utilizing AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging digital assets across CRM, customer journeys, websites, landing pages, EDMs, and various digital touchpoints.
• Develop user-centered creative concepts and deliver polished final designs aligned with project briefs.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, developers, and account teams to bring ideas to fruition.
• Participate in rapid concept development and creative brainstorming for digital campaigns and experiences.
• Produce high-quality static, interactive, and motion design assets consistent with brand standards and user requirements.
• Manage projects with a sense of ownership, effectively present design decisions, and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
• Handle multiple priorities while upholding meticulous attention to design detail and craftsmanship.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative workflows and outputs.
• Advocate for creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Contribute to the advancement of digital design systems, assets, and best practices.

Candidate Profile

• 3 to 5 years of digital design experience, preferably within a digital or creative agency setting.
• A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating work on websites, customer experiences, CRM, or digital campaigns.
• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with After Effects or motion design is highly desirable.
• Skilled in both creative ideation and delivering refined final artwork.
• Strong grasp of digital user experience design, customer journeys, and best practice principles.
• Comfortable working independently, managing stakeholder feedback, and owning creative decisions.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with strategists, developers, and project teams.
• Enthusiastic about AI and new creative tech, with a desire to experiment and learn.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM design or lifecycle marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
