They offer services including Digital Marketing/New Media, Tour Marketing, and Label Services alongside daily artist management.

Role Overview

The Digital Intern will support the execution of digital campaigns by assisting with content planning, scheduling social media posts, creating marketing assets, and analyzing campaign performance. This position requires cooperation with artist teams and marketing leads to implement campaigns and provide insights based on data analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and enthusiastic about social media and digital marketing.

Work Schedule and Eligibility

• Up to 20 hours weekly
• Workdays: Monday to Thursday, on-site
• Duration: Ideally starting May through mid-August, dependent on student availability
• Must be 18 years or older and enrolled in an accredited college or university

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Digital Marketing team in all digital-related activities.
• Assist in formulating and executing digital marketing strategies.
• Help create content calendars and social media schedules.
• Contribute to producing marketing graphics and videos.
• Conduct research as required on a case-by-case basis.
• Coordinate with artist managers for content approvals.
• Generate weekly analytics reports and recommend marketing plan adjustments based on findings.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Punctuality and reliability.
• Strong work ethic with a passion for marketing and management.
• Attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter.
• Proficient in writing social media copy.
• Solid understanding of TikTok content strategies.
• Experience with Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere.
• Knowledge of web coding and content management systems, including HTML, WordPress, and Drupal.

Working Conditions

The role involves prolonged sitting at a desk with frequent computer use, occasional walking within the office, handling office equipment, lifting items up to 10 pounds, and exposure to typical office environment noise levels.
