Job Responsibilities

• Verify and input benefits details for therapy services and healthcare providers joining the practice.
• Obtain necessary authorizations and referrals to facilitate patient care.
• Respond promptly to email communications from various departments concerning eligibility-related matters.

Additional Information

• This is a remote position based in Chattanooga, TN, with a PRN (as-needed) status.
• Work schedule excludes nights, weekends, and holidays.
