About the Role
Babka Goa is seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Bakery Chef, preferably based in Goa, for immediate recruitment. This role involves preparing a variety of baked goods and managing kitchen inventory.
Job Responsibilities
- Craft diverse breakfast buns, cake sponges, and brownies entirely from scratch.
- Bake an assortment of breads including bagels, focaccia, multigrain, and brioche.
- Create various tarts and quiches on a daily basis.
- Oversee and manage stock and inventory levels efficiently.
- Consistently perform and refine baking techniques to achieve mastery.
Compensation and Benefits
The offered salary can reach up to INR 20,500 along with additional income from service charges and tips. The role also provides food and accommodation as part of the package.
