Role Overview

Kotak Securities Ltd's Alternate Channel department in Pune seeks an Equity Dealer at the Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager level (Grade E1/E2) with 1 to 4 years of experience. The primary responsibility is to actively manage client portfolios to achieve targeted active Assets Under Management (AUM) and contribute to healthy revenue generation while maintaining client profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships proactively to meet and exceed active AUM targets.
• Assess clients' financial needs and risk appetite to offer suitable investment options.
• Provide clients with regular updates on market developments and adjust portfolio recommendations accordingly.
• Focus on client acquisition and retention through effective client mining practices.
• Conduct regular client meetings and maintain accurate records in the meeting tracker system.
• Expand reach of investment ideas and stock calls initiated within the client base.
• Stay updated on market news, financial trends, and current events impacting investments.
• Participate in analyst meetings and post-result conference calls to enhance service quality for clients.

Candidate Profile

• Graduates or postgraduates with 1 to 4 years' relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and presentation skills essential.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven approach.
• Excellent communication capabilities are required.
• Mandatory certification: NISM/NCFM VIII.
