Role and Responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs using tools like PlanSwift and Bluebeam.
• Create BOQs, detailed estimates, bid summaries, and track costs through Excel spreadsheets.
• Incorporate thorough construction methodologies during estimation, focusing on sequencing, productivity, and methods.
• Conduct comparisons of bids between prime and subcontractors using Excel.
• Manage bid proposals utilizing Monday.com platform.
• Specialize in Divisions 31 (Earthwork & Site Preparation), 32 (Paving, Asphalt & Concrete), and 33 (Utilities including Sewer, Storm, Water, and Fire Lines).

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.).
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in US infrastructure estimation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel including cost codes, BOQs, complex formulas, and bid leveling techniques.
• Deep understanding of construction methodologies related to Earthwork, Utilities, and Paving.
• Capability to interpret drawings and specifications to produce precise and constructable estimates.
