The assignment runs for 12 months and is offered on a PAYE basis at £175 per day.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee ticket allocation, requests and distribution across hospitality projects, including boxes and venue access for Royal Albert Hall, Tottenham Tunnel Club, HSBC Box at Twickenham, first direct Arena in Leeds and M&S Bank Arena in Liverpool.
  • Handle delegate coordination for all ticketed hospitality activities, including inbox management and timely, professional responses to clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare event communications such as save-the-dates, invitations, joining instructions, host notes and post-event surveys.
  • Support event managers with delegate management for major HSBC events throughout the year.
  • Manage delegate communications for UK events through the shared inbox, ensuring prompt and professional service to stakeholders.
  • Help develop and roll out Eventogy, the invitation platform, including templates, user guidance and related support materials.
  • Coordinate ticketing for major global brand partnerships, including the Open Golf, Badminton, Women’s Open and Tottenham Hotspur, in collaboration with the Global Brand Partnerships team.
  • Administer distribution of the HSBC Colleague Art Pass.
  • Develop and maintain the community on WorkPlace, the internal intranet.
  • Manage corporate memberships and act as the main contact for partner galleries and museums.
  • Support the arts and culture community by creating engaging newsletter content and updates.
  • Process invoices and purchase orders, maintain budget breakdowns and work with Finance on recharge activity.
  • Onboard new suppliers as required.
  • Assist in building policies and procedures for the newly established UK Centre of Excellence.

Experience and skills required

  • Background in corporate hospitality and event coordination.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce accurate invitation copy and client-facing emails.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Helpful understanding of the financial services sector.
  • Positive, proactive approach with the ability to contribute effectively in a small, fast-moving team.
  • Self-motivated mindset with confidence to take initiative and ask for guidance when needed.

Additional information

This is a hybrid role based in London, although the events portfolio is delivered across the UK and may require occasional on-site attendance at event venues. The employer notes that due to high application volumes, only candidates progressing to the next stage may receive a response.
