Lancom, one of Lyra’s subsidiaries based in Auckland, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their team.

Role Overview

The position involves hands-on leadership for delivering ICT projects spanning cloud, infrastructure, and managed services. Responsibilities include managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring correctness in timing, budget compliance, and surpassing client expectations. The role requires multitasking on multiple small to medium projects while fostering strong client relationships in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of successful delivery for multiple concurrent ICT projects from start to finish.
• Oversee project scope, budgets, risk mitigation, timelines, and detailed reporting.
• Coordinate activities among internal technical teams and external stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings, facilitate project workshops, and provide clear status updates.
• Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Effectively juggle priorities across several active assignments.
• Ensure seamless project closures and satisfactory customer outcomes.

Required Experience and Skills

• At least four years of ICT Project Management experience, preferably within managed service providers, technology services, or consulting sectors.
• Demonstrated success in delivering cloud and infrastructure projects, particularly involving AWS and/or Azure platforms.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple small to medium-sized projects simultaneously.
• Excellent customer engagement abilities and stakeholder communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 alongside cloud and infrastructure technologies.
• Possession of project management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent is beneficial.
