Overview
Join Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), a global leader in professional services and real estate investment management, as a Facility Executive specializing in Soft Services. JLL operates across the world with extensive experience in Asia Pacific and is recognized for its excellence in property consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily housekeeping operations covering office premises, meeting rooms, cafeterias, washrooms, and common spaces.
- Maintain rigorous cleanliness and hygiene through routine inspections and quality audits.
- Oversee pantry service ensuring timely replenishment and maintenance of hygiene standards.
- Supervise waste segregation and disposal compliant with sustainability goals and local laws.
- Coordinate pest control services and maintain scheduled preventive measures.
- Ensure availability and proper usage of housekeeping supplies, cleaning agents, and consumables.
- Manage vendors for housekeeping, pantry, pest control, and waste management by monitoring performance against KPIs and SLAs.
- Conduct regular vendor meetings and ensure corrective actions to service gaps are timely implemented.
- Verify outsourced manpower attendance, grooming, training, and positioning.
- Perform regular facility inspections, maintain audit checklists, and ensure adherence to company policies, safety, health and environmental guidelines, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain documentation for cleaning activities, pest control, waste management, and vendor services.
- Support and coordinate internal and external compliance audits.
- Address employee concerns related to housekeeping and workplace services promptly.
- Coordinate room setups and provide support for internal events, town halls, and VIP visits.
- Ensure high standards in conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and reception areas.
- Monitor inventory of consumables and pantry supplies; initiate purchase requisitions to maintain optimal stock.
- Analyze consumption for cost management, recommending optimizations without compromising quality.
- Prepare operational reports daily, weekly, and monthly to track service requests and facility status.
- Report incidents, observations, and suggest improvements to the Facility Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Facility Management, or related discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in soft services or corporate facility management.
- Preferred experience in managing outsourced vendors within corporate settings.
