Job Overview

Debtcare Enterprises Pvt Ltd is seeking dedicated Field Executives for full-time roles based in Maharashtra, with a focus on Pune. Immediate joiners will be given preference. Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit designated locations and customers as directed by the organization.
• Execute field activities including collecting documents and payments, and performing verifications.
• Maintain accurate daily visit records and provide updates on task status.
• Collaborate closely with the office team to ensure tasks are completed promptly.
• Develop and sustain professional relations with clients.

Candidate Requirements

• Education of at least 12th grade pass or graduation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel within assigned territories.

Compensation

The package includes a competitive monthly salary ranging from 18,000 to 23,000 INR, supplemented by performance-based incentives.
