Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Fintech Associate will be responsible for managing support tickets end-to-end, addressing issues such as reconciliation mismatches, discrepancies between sales and accounting data, and reporting errors. This includes reviewing and validating diverse customer data, including invoices, sales records, payroll, and inventory inputs, as they enter Ezora's Financial Control Engine, to diagnose issues at their core.

Coordination with Product and Engineering teams will be essential to resolve recurring technical and data-integration problems. The associate will document clear reproduction steps along with the relevant business context to aid solutions. In addition, ownership of service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks for the support queue is required, along with regular reporting on trends, potential risks, and improvement opportunities to the Support Manager.

Maintaining and enhancing the knowledge base by developing accounting-specific troubleshooting resources—such as guides for chart-of-accounts mapping and reconciliation procedures—is expected. The associate also serves as the primary contact for vulnerable or high-value customer accounts, ensuring proactive and continuous communication until issues are resolved.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong general IT proficiency, comfortable using various software tools and familiar with common IT terminologies like SFTP and APIs.
• Ability to interpret and analyze structured data in formats including CSV, TXT, XML, and spreadsheets.
• Experience with AI tools, with the discernment to validate outputs carefully, utilizing AI as an assistant rather than a definitive source, and adhering to Ezora's governance guidelines.

Additional Information

Eligible candidates must hold a graduate degree. This role is based in Bengaluru, India, and offers an annual remuneration range of 600000 to 800000 INR.
