About The ARAR Group
ARAR Group is recognized as a premier provider of integrated healthcare and environmental services throughout Pakistan. We are currently looking for a conscientious and proactive Fleet Officer to effectively manage and streamline our vehicle fleet operations dedicated to waste collection and transportation for healthcare facilities across Punjab.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the daily deployment, route planning, and scheduling of waste collection vehicles across healthcare sites in Punjab.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of fleet documentation including vehicle registrations, insurance, fitness certificates, and route logs.
- Collaborate with workshops to schedule and conduct preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance ensuring maximum operational uptime.
- Track fuel consumption, mileage statistics, and driver performance to achieve cost-effectiveness.
- Enforce compliance with all relevant healthcare waste transport regulations and adhere to government contract Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Communicate and coordinate with district managers and site teams to guarantee safe and timely collection of waste.
- Compile and present comprehensive fleet performance reports to the management team.
- Manage driver schedules, leave records, and provide foundational training focused on safe driving and biohazard handling compliance.
Candidate Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
- Two to three years of experience in fleet or transport management, ideally within government contracts or field operations.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance cycles, fuel management techniques, and GPS tracking system usage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills enabling effective coordination of teams across Punjab.
