Role Overview

We are looking for a Founders Associate to partner closely with our CEO, Chief Product Officer, and other pivotal team members. This position involves supporting the creation and implementation of our product strategy, allowing you to directly influence the success of our solutions and positively impact the financial lives of our users.

Requirements

• A strong passion for fintech, credit development, and improving financial accessibility for underserved communities
• Comprehensive knowledge of product development techniques and frameworks
• Proven critical thinking skills and the ability to address complex challenges
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Capability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving startup context
• Experience in product management or equivalent roles is advantageous
• Possession of a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
