About the Role

We are urgently seeking a Franchise Sales Manager to join a rapidly expanding courier and logistics company located in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹21,000 to ₹36,000 per month plus attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads to recruit new courier franchise partners primarily through telephonic outreach.
• Conduct meetings with prospective franchisees to explain the business model and franchise benefits effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential franchise partners.
• Meet monthly targets for franchise acquisition.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure franchises are onboarded smoothly.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate degree is preferred.
• Between 1 to 5 years of experience in sales, franchise management, or business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and highly self-driven individual.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.
