About Mindrift and the Role
Mindrift connects experts with cutting-edge AI projects to accelerate technology development worldwide. We're seeking a skilled and adaptable Graphic Designer for the Tendem project, a freelance position focused on crafting high-quality visual assets for practical applications. This part-time remote opportunity suits creatives experienced in visual communication, layout, and marketing collateral design.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear, clean layouts and modern infographics emphasizing strong visual hierarchy to engage readers effectively.
- Create reusable and compelling social media templates alongside impactful one-page marketing materials.
- Enhance daily design materials through expert use of typography, grid systems, and composition techniques.
- Convert raw data and ideas into polished, professional visuals tailored for specific marketing and communication objectives.
- Maintain high design standards by rigorously checking alignment, color consistency, and layout quality before delivery.

Applicants must submit a CV written in English that includes a portfolio link showcasing their graphic design work. Applications lacking a portfolio will not be considered.
Work Structure
This role operates on a project-based freelance basis. Work availability depends on active projects, and designers may be invited to contribute to multiple projects aligned with their skills. Estimated weekly time commitment ranges from 10 to 20 hours during active periods, but hours are not guaranteed.
Compensation
Earnings can reach up to $50 per hour, varying with experience, contribution pace, and project complexity. Compensation levels differ across various projects.
Candidate Qualifications
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in graphic, digital design, or visual communications.
- Educational background such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields is advantageous.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating proficiency across multiple formats including social media graphics, marketing materials, and one-pagers.
- Expertise in typography, visual composition, and grid-based layouts.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma for versatile design tasks.
- Ability to adapt swiftly and work independently, showing meticulous attention to detail.
- Upper-intermediate (B2) English proficiency or higher is required.
