Front Store Supervisor - Full-Time Evening Shift

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service operations, including cashier activities, cash management, and merchandising.
• Ensure staff compliance with store policies, conduct training of cashiers and merchandisers, and provide ongoing guidance.
• Implement loss prevention measures, manage daily cash inventories and cashier tracking systems, and handle PC Optimum procedures.
• Maintain a professional store image in line with the Uniform Policy, address customer inquiries and resolve issues such as refunds and exchanges per guidelines, and promote the Customer Satisfaction Index survey.
• Ensure shelves are maintained with proper organization, cleanliness, and product rotation; set up and dismantle product displays as directed by supervisory personnel.
• Uphold store housekeeping and image standards, comply with health and safety requirements, perform clerical and banking duties as assigned, and execute cash handling duties when necessary.

Compensation
