About the Position
XCIS AI seeks a dedicated Full Stack Developer passionate about crafting scalable web applications and addressing practical challenges. This role involves engaging with the entire technology stack and working closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to deliver top-quality features.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and sustain modern web applications.
- Develop scalable backend APIs and associated services.
- Design user-friendly and responsive frontend components.
- Manage and architect database systems.
- Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.
- Work collaboratively across different functional teams.
- Engage in code reviews and contribute to technical conversations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with contemporary frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.
- Backend development skills using technologies like Node.js, Express, or Django.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and authentication protocols.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development processes.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with cloud services including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Competency in Docker and containerization technologies.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience designing systems for scalability.
