Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of a property located in Echuca, Victoria. This role is essential for creating a safe and pleasant environment for staff, tenants, and visitors.

Working Hours and Reporting

This position requires working from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, reporting directly to the Site Supervisor.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitisation of office areas, meeting rooms, and communal spaces.
Perform floor maintenance including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning carpets and windows as necessary.
Keep kitchens and restrooms stocked with supplies.
Collect and appropriately dispose of waste and recycling materials.
Follow established cleaning schedules and respond to any immediate cleaning needs.
Maintain accurate records documenting completed cleaning tasks.
Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly to management.
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory.
Effective time management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality results.
Basic understanding of cleaning substances and equipment.
Dependable, punctual, and able to adhere to scheduled working hours.
Capability to work cooperatively in a team and independently as needed.
