Key Responsibilities

• Organize and zone the grocery department efficiently.
• Rotate stock to prevent expired products from being sold.
• Verify merchandise is properly labeled and priced.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and handling protocols along with sanitation procedures.
• Perform tasks related to ordering, markdowns, clearance, signage, and labeling as per guidelines.
• Keep the department fully supplied with products and ready for customers.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations.
• Stock items, handle downstocking if necessary, apply product protection, and set modular displays and shelf caps.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $18.25 CAD.
