Guest Relation Agent

About the Position

Join JW Marriott in Doha as a Guest Relation Agent, where your role goes beyond routine check-in and check-out. You will create memorable, unique guest experiences by offering a range of personalized services that assist guests throughout their stay. You will have the autonomy to proactively address guest needs, complete operational tasks, manage reports, and share local insights, making each interaction a special part of their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive exceptional, seamless service throughout their stay.
• Handle guest requests efficiently while managing operational duties and documentation.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in appearance, communication, and conduct.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, safety standards, confidentiality, and asset protection.
• Support a safe work environment and uphold quality standards consistently.
• Be physically active—standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods and handling light objects (up to 10 pounds) as part of daily tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
• No special licenses or certifications necessary.
