About the Role

ABA Journey is seeking a committed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and support children through evidence-based ABA therapy. Key Responsibilities

Deliver individualized 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis therapy sessions in home, school, or clinic settings.
Carry out intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Accurately record and monitor client progress to inform treatment adjustments.
Communicate and coordinate with families and interdisciplinary teams to optimize client outcomes.
Ensure therapy sessions occur in a safe, supportive, and encouraging atmosphere.

Compensation and Scheduling

Hourly wage ranging from $24 to $30 depending on experience and qualifications.
Flexible working hours tailored to individual availability.
Primary work location in Valdosta, Georgia.

Qualifications and Requirements

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification.
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ability to successfully complete background checks.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for client visits.
