About the Role

Rodd Crowbush Golf & Beach Resort, located in Morell, Prince Edward Island, invites friendly and dependable individuals to join our housekeeping team. As a housekeeper, you will ensure that guest rooms, cottages, and public areas are impeccably clean and inviting, contributing significantly to our guests' comfort and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities

Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, cottages, and public areas in accordance with company standards
Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities daily
Keep assigned workspaces organized and spotless
Promptly report any maintenance or safety issues
Collaborate effectively with team members to maximize guest satisfaction

Qualifications and Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is advantageous; training will be provided
Strong eye for detail and dedication to providing excellent service
Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Physical capability to bend, lift, push, or pull weights up to 50 pounds
Consistent punctuality and reliable attendance
Honest, dependable, and cooperative with team-based work
Flexible schedule availability, including weekends

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay ranging from CA$18 to CA$19
End-of-season bonus awarded to team members who complete the full season, based on total hours worked
Monthly bus pass provided for employees using public transit (Charlottetown to Morrell route), with shift schedules aligned to bus times

Additional Information

This is a seasonal position running from mid-April through mid-October, with potential for advancement to year-round roles within the company during winter months.
