About the Role

Oracle is looking for a motivated HR intern to join our team at our Riyadh office, assisting with daily Human Resources administrative tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes and contribute to various functions supporting our employees in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering employment-related information required for onboarding new employees.
  • Help organize and maintain HR records while ensuring employees' confidentiality and compliance with data privacy laws and Oracle policies.
  • Coordinate scheduling and execution of new employee orientations and meetings.
  • Support completion of benefits enrollment for employees.
  • Serve as a liaison between new hires and internal departments.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team for various tasks.
  • Assist in drafting employment contracts under the Qiwa and GOSI systems.
  • Carry out employee-related activities using the Qiwa and GOSI platforms.
  • Maintain and archive physical copies of employee HR files securely.
  • Collaborate with local social security offices as needed.
  • Participate in onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Help organize HR events for Oracle Saudi employees.
  • The internship lasts 12 months and requires a full-time onsite presence.

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field is advantageous.
