Job description

Position Overview

The Human Resources Manager role involves overseeing comprehensive HR functions at the Dammam branch to ensure adherence to Saudi Labor Law and efficient HR operations. This position demands a candidate with hands-on HR expertise in the manufacturing sector, capable of managing manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, Saudization, and compliance activities. The manager will lead the HR team while aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise the HR team to ensure prompt and effective HR service delivery.
  • Maintain full compliance with Saudi labor regulations, government mandates, and internal company policies.
  • Formulate and enforce HR policies and procedures tailored to business needs.
  • Handle recruitment lifecycle, onboarding procedures, manpower forecasting, employee assessments, and professional development.
  • Manage HR operations on government platforms including GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, and WPS.
  • Oversee employee relations including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution efforts.
  • Collaborate with management to resolve employee performance and workplace issues.
  • Implement initiatives aimed at enhancing Saudization and workforce localization.
  • Coordinate payroll functions monthly with Finance to ensure accuracy and timely salary disbursements.
  • Ensure meticulous upkeep of employee contracts, records, and other HR documentation.
  • Promote training, engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Deliver professional HR counsel and support to management regarding workforce and organizational matters.
  • Foster an environment that cultivates professionalism, productivity, and positivity.

Qualifications and Experience

  • More than 10 years of progressively responsible HR experience with a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • A proven track record in an HR manager or senior leadership position.
  • Experience in leading HR teams effectively.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and relevant government HR platforms (GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, WPS).
  • Strong skills in manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, performance reviews, and Saudization programs.
  • Proficiency in English communication, both oral and written.
  • Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to perform well in a dynamic, culturally diverse manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline required; Master’s or professional HR certification preferred.
