Infrastructure Automation Engineer

Role Overview

Join Synechron as an Infrastructure Automation Engineer where you will design, develop, and sustain automated infrastructure processes leveraging tools such as Ansible, Python, and Shell Scripting. Collaborate across departments to pinpoint and implement process enhancements via automation, and resolve any issues arising from the automation scripts promptly. Additionally, develop Grafana-based monitoring solutions to uphold system and service availability, while strictly adhering to security policies through secure coding methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and upkeep automated infrastructure utilizing Ansible, Python, and Shell Scripting.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation-driven improvements and execute corresponding changes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to automation scripts efficiently.
• Create monitoring frameworks using Grafana to ensure robust system uptime.
• Maintain compliance with security standards via secure coding practices.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 5 to 9 years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure Automation or a closely related discipline.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in any specialization such as B.Tech or B.E.
• Have a solid grasp of Linux operating system administration fundamentals.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in scripting languages including Python and Shell Scripting.
