Role Summary

As a Product Installer, your key responsibility will be to ensure the secure and effective installation of diverse products including home appliances, furniture, and complex electronic devices at customer sites. Your role is vital to customer satisfaction by providing proficient assembly and setup services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and transport products securely to customer residences or business locations.
• Unpack, assemble, and install various products following manufacturer instructions and company protocols.
• Perform pre-installation inspections and post-installation function tests to confirm product integrity.
• Instruct customers on proper product use, upkeep, and troubleshooting basics.
• Deliver exceptional customer interaction by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Complete all required paperwork including installation documentation, delivery confirmations, and customer feedback forms.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in sound working condition.
• Observe all safety regulations and company policies diligently.
• Coordinate with dispatch and customer service teams to schedule installations efficiently.
• Identify and report any defective or damaged products encountered during installation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in related disciplines (e.g., appliance repair, electronics installation) is advantageous.
• Experience in product installation, assembly, or a comparable field.
• Strong mechanical skills coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of reading and understanding technical manuals and schematic diagrams.
• Excellent communication and customer service expertise.
• Physical ability to handle heavy equipment and repetitive tasks.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Familiarity with basic and power tools.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed.
