Job Overview

Bajaj Life Insurance Company Limited is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Insurance Agent/Advisor in Kolkata, West Bengal. This role offers a significant opportunity to work within one of the leading multinational companies in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage a team, leading them through motivation and guidance.
• Drive business growth both through personal sales and by managing a sales team.
• Engage in cross-selling, up-selling, and add-on selling activities to both existing and new clients.
• Balance sales efforts (about 20% of the role) with team recruitment and management (about 80%).
• Sell a minimum of 6 policies, each valued at 50,000 INR, monthly as part of personal sales goals.
• Recruit, activate and mentor at least 4 team members under your leadership who each generate a 50,000 INR policy login.
