Interior Site Supervisor

Position Overview

We are seeking proactive Site Supervisors responsible for managing high-end commercial, corporate, and residential interior projects in Bangalore. This role demands ensuring project quality, adherence to safety protocols, and on-time completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of interior fit-out work on site.
• Liaise effectively with consultants, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Supervise various construction activities including civil works, carpentry, gypsum installation, flooring, painting, and MEP tasks.
• Accurately verify contractor measurements and billing statements.
• Monitor and enforce quality and safety standards throughout the project.
• Ensure projects progress according to the predefined schedule.
• Maintain comprehensive daily progress reports.
• Coordinate with procurement teams regarding material requirements.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD software.
• Experience in executing interior fit-out projects.
• Competency in billing and measurement verification.
• Strong client coordination capabilities.
• Ability to maintain quality control on site.

Eligibility and Education

Applicants should possess a Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Civil Engineering. Candidates with 2 to 5 years of relevant industry experience in interior fit-out projects are preferred.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration ranges from 25,000 to 50,000 INR depending on qualifications and experience.
