Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a committed and skilled Site Supervisor to lead interior design and installation projects. This role focuses on residential and commercial projects involving aluminium sliding windows and doors, pigeon and mosquito net installations, invisible grill installation, and interior fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee installation and interior site activities.
• Liaise effectively with laborers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth progression of projects.
• Maintain high quality craftsmanship and timely completion of projects.
• Track material needs and manage site inventory.
• Perform measurements and conduct regular site inspections.
• Prepare daily progress reports.
• Enforce safety protocols and adhere to company policies.
• Manage multiple projects across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• At least two years' experience as a Site Supervisor in interior-related or aluminium fabrication work.
• Practical knowledge of site execution and installation procedures.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Capability to lead labor teams and engage with clients competently.
• Must have a valid driving license and own a bike for travel to sites.
• Basic competency in taking site measurements and maintaining site documentation.
