Role Overview

The role of Internal Operations Manager is critical to ensure organizational efficiency and operational excellence. The incumbent will be responsible for managing internal systems, automations, and AI-driven workflows. This position entails leading high-impact special projects assigned by the CEO and President, overseeing supply chain demand planning and purchase order management across retail and eCommerce channels, supervising customer service, assisting financial modeling and bookkeeping functions, and supporting quality assurance initiatives.   • Design, develop, and maintain operational systems, processes, and workflows across the company.

  • Possess 4 to 7+ years’ experience in operations, supply chain, or systems roles within CPG or startup environments.
  • Proficiency operating ERP platforms, Shopify and Amazon interfaces, third-party logistics portals, and automation software.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with business intelligence dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in startups valued, with a resourceful and entrepreneurial approach; preference for candidates from early-stage, rapidly growing brands.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities: integrity, result-driven, collaborative, adaptable, and self-directed.
  • Capable of leading projects and managing cross-departmental deliverables effectively.
