Inventory & MIS Executive

Overview

Zari Silk India, a reputed women's ethnic wear brand established in 2005, is seeking an Inventory & MIS Executive for their Jaipur head office. The brand operates 6 retail stores across 80+ cities with over 500,000 customers. This role offers a great chance for individuals proficient in Excel who aspire to build their career in retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular physical audits of stock at the Jaipur store and ensure alignment with system records; occasional travel to other retail outlets is required.
• Manage inventory records by reconciling stock transfers, handling pending approvals, job work, and other inventory transactions using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Provide initial technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and CCTV systems; liaise with vendors for advanced troubleshooting.
• Manage backend e-commerce tasks including claims, returns, order reconciliation, and updating inventory.
• Create and maintain periodic reports—daily, weekly, monthly—covering stock status, sales, and reconciliations using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Offer operational support and training for end users of inventory management software.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, basic formulas, data entry, and report generation.
• Experience of up to 1-2 years preferred; however, fresh graduates with strong Excel aptitude and eagerness to learn will also be considered.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and peripheral devices with ability to coordinate technical vendor support.
• Graduate degree in any discipline; degrees like BCA, B.Com, or BBA are preferable but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational capabilities, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to outstation retail locations, with travel expenses reimbursed.

Salary and Location

The monthly compensation ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 20,000, depending on experience and interview results. The role is based at the head office located at 10/11, Narayansingh Circle, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
