Junior Content Creator

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and imaginative Junior Content Creator to join our expanding Content team. Collaborating closely with Content Creators, Producers, and the Creative team, you'll contribute to producing captivating social media content for a variety of brands. This role encompasses diverse tasks such as filming and editing short-form videos and supporting production shoots, providing comprehensive exposure to the creative process within a dynamic agency setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Content team in crafting compelling posts for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Capture photo and video content both on-site and studio settings utilizing cameras, smartphones, and other production tools.
• Edit short-format videos tailored for different social media channels with Adobe Premiere Pro or other editing software.
• Generate simple motion graphics, captions, and visual elements using Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
• Support planning and logistics for content shoots, including preparation of equipment, selecting locations, and coordinating talent.
• Organize and maintain digital assets, media files, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with Producers and Creative staff to develop and realize campaign ideas.
• Ensure all content aligns with platform standards and client expectations.
• Stay informed on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and new creative methods.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming and content planning sessions.
• Provide assistance during shoot days as needed.
• Maintain high creative standards while meeting deadlines effectively.

• Basic proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Up to two years of content creation experience via employment, internships, freelance projects, or academic work.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, or Illustrator.
• Understanding of social media best practices for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Basic skills in photography or videography along with knowledge of camera and lighting equipment.
• Experience using mobile editing tools such as CapCut.
• Possession of a full UK driving licence is a plus but not mandatory.

Educational Background

A degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Media Production, Film, Marketing, Communications, Creative Media, or related fields is advantageous yet not compulsory. We also value candidates who showcase creativity, initiative, and a strong portfolio through personal or freelance projects.
