We are currently recruiting to join our teams based in Munich, Leipzig, or Berlin immediately.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to challenging Data Science projects within an interdisciplinary team.
• Understand client requirements thoroughly and collaboratively develop effective data-driven solutions.
• Extract critical data from client datasets relevant to the project objectives.
• Support the innovation of solutions using modern statistical methods, machine learning, mathematical optimization, and visual analytics.
• Effectively communicate findings to clients and assist in the comprehensive implementation of solutions alongside the Data Engineering team.
• Participate regularly in client meetings.

Candidate Profile

• Completed university degree in (business) informatics, business administration, statistics, mathematics, or comparable studies with a strong quantitative focus.
• Initial practical experience in Python and analytical applications; skills in R are advantageous.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with a solid understanding of data modeling and analysis and foundational software development knowledge.
• Basic skills and knowledge in project management including both traditional and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in a common analytics toolbox, especially R or Python and relevant libraries, visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI, as well as databases and Big Data technologies.
• Some experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Databricks (DBX).
• Enjoy working on project-based assignments, are customer-focused, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written, is essential.
