Role Overview

Currently, we support a Berlin-based technology partner in optimizing their internal reporting and client dashboard systems. We seek a Junior HTML CSS Developer to contribute to the development and upkeep of front-end elements of these platforms. This is a full-time and permanent role that is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from any location without on-site obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reusable HTML and CSS components for financial dashboards.
• Ensure all layouts are responsive and compatible across multiple browsers used by enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with senior developers to identify and resolve styling issues within existing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools.
• Create clear and thorough documentation for each component to promote long-term reliability and client independence.
• Assist in the setup of reporting templates to ensure accurate and clear data display.
• Learn to integrate static styles seamlessly with dynamic data streams from enterprise planning software.
• Participate in remote team meetings for progress updates and project coordination.

Candidate Profile

• Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, including modern layout methods such as Flexbox and Grid.
• Basic proficiency with version control systems, especially Git.
• Knowledge of CSS preprocessors or contemporary styling workflows is advantageous but not mandatory.
• High attention to detail with an emphasis on alignment and typography.
• Ability to work autonomously within a remote team environment while maintaining consistent communication.
• Strong organizational skills and a practice of documenting work meticulously.
• Portfolio or academic projects demonstrating capability to create functional web pages.
